Anyway, today only had 3 hours of school! MUAHA. 2 hours of bio and 1 hour of Communication and customer service.
I thought today's bio lectures were rather heavy on the brain. *1 ton concrete slams on the head*
It was pretty confusing at first and it didn't help that the lecturer was jumping slides back and forth and talking about this, then another thing the next moment. But eventually it all got together. hahaha...phew. And I thought the analogies he used very clearly explained what he was trying to teach us.
At first I went for bio lectures with a biased thinking. coz I heard a lot of students saying this particular bio lecturer can't teach. But today I thought otherwise. =) Maybe with time he'll become more experienced and teach just like Dr.Yong.
Communication and customer service tutorial was fine. We had role play (dread), but it was extremely funny. There are 4 types of commincation styles that people adopt (blaming, superreasonable, irrelevant and placating).
My group had to act out irrelevant. An angry customer wants a refund for a DVD she bought because that DVD has a lot of scratches. Then the salesperson talks about anything and EVERYTHING. Haha...When the customer asked about the DVD scratches, the salesperson said, "oh, so nice the scratches! Like in the Singapore Art Museun, these scratches are a marvellous piece of art".
Yes. Haha...and the poor customer (sian muang) was wringing her hands in the air, hopeless and confused. hahaha.

My mom bought the bandage for me! YAY. Better practice bandaging. =) Haha...yesterday we were taught bandaging at WSC. Was rather unpleased with my partner. Haha...but he's okay la...QUITE nice.
Okay..
I'm off to find a casualty(if you don't find one, make one. *sudden crashing of glass*) to bandage.
Bye.
