Anyway...yesterday was the final lesson of 3 stars kayaking. Thank GOD that I managed to make a good impression before I finish the course. Hahaha. For the past 3 weeks I think he's beginning to lose his patience with me. haha. I'm like one of the slowest and yah..I always change my paddle grip. And he once asked WanChoo to lookout for my paddle grip coz I seem 'quite confused'.
FAINTS.
Okay..so on sunday we learnt Hanging draw (could only managed a little side movement before I started spinning around) and bow rudder. So cool bow rudder! Haha. Then we had tow and mass capsize drill. I was the front tow person..and gee I wasn't even pulling anything. HAHA. I could barely paddle myself back to shore. My partner tow person..I could see his strokes getting weaker and slower. HAHA. Super funny. =P In our scenario...the victim is like totally immobilzed.
After lunch we had a mini assessment. Either 1-by-1 or 2-by-2 we perform all the skills we've learnt for the past 3 weeks. Say...I did pretty well!! I was doing the high brace turn and according to my instructor I was turning nicely till I was about to capsized then I LET GO OF MY PADDLE. Faints. Luckily my hip flick saved me from a capsize. Then we practiced high recovery on the move, and I capsized..yes..thanks Wanchoo for saving me. Hahaha. She's my faithful partner...and we always save each other. Haha.
Then we practiced eskimo roll...I did it! =) But sometimes cannot. Oh yah...my instructor introduced this game called SALUTE TO THE QUEEN. Where you hold the end of your paddle and then lie on the water surface and do the hip flick. Super fun..
I was really beaming and super happy when my instructor said WELL DONE. Coz last week during eskimo roll practice I was a total flop. Haha. yah..=)

Okay..I'm playing for 11am service this sunday! 4 weeks neh go church le..oops. Rather excied...haven't played for so long.
