[Adventure club training]
Dear diary,
I"M IN PAIN PAIN PAIN PAIN.

My limbs are ACHING. *whines*

Yesterday was Adventure club strength training. It already sounds PAINFUL.

Here's what we did:

1. Wear sweater, zip up, run 400m
2. Warm up (had some weird contortions)
3. Run around the school (still in sweater)
4. 10 pull-ups, 10 pumps, 9 pull-ups, 10 situps, 8 pull-ups, 10 pumps, 7 pull-ups, 10 situps...and all the way till one pull up, then hold of 10s.

I could barely do 2. So I did half pull ups. hahaha.

Then...do frog jumps for 75m. UGH. My legs were burning.

After that was some game, had to tie legs together and walk up the stairs.

There's rock climbing tomorrow. Erm. I think I'll just be a belayer...I don't wanna climb..or my muscles will just rip.

Thursdays is BIO MCQ test! I think I'm putting to my pressure on myself.

Righto. Going to study le.
